DULUTH, MN -- After a year like 2020, it seems everyone could use a little love.
To help, Duluth entrepreneur and "Chief Love Officer" Dan Stocke has launched the company "Send Some Love" with one goal: let people send some love.
The act of kindness can now be sent in the form of a text with artwork that simply says, "I Love You."
For $1, you can send some love to someone once. For $2, you can send some love to someone once a week for four weeks. Lastly, for $5, you can send some love to someone once a week for 12 weeks.
The texts can be sent anywhere in the world, all you need is the phone number of the person you care for.
Stocke and Justin Peck are working with 10 local artists to create two pieces of art each.
Right now, the company has 20 pieces of art that will be sent randomly to those recipients.
No one will get the same art twice, and a portion of all proceeds will be shared with the artists.
