People looking for work are always looking for tricks of the trade to nailing a job interview. Is the key to leaving a good impression all in sending the person who conducted the interview a thank-you?
An opinion piece written in the NY Post explained that applicants who don't send this man thank-you notes often don't get the job, even if they are completely qualified. He wrote, "There are candidates that I really like who I would consider hiring, but I don’t even want to invite them back for a second interview when they don’t send a thank-you note. Is that time-honored courtesy dead?"
