BRECKSVILLE, Ohio -- Sylvia, our 18-year-old cat, is our family’s bundle of joy.
At just 5 months old, Sylvia was found in the courtyard at Jefferson High School -- she even sampled some of the students' lunches! In October 2002, our family was happy to adopt her and provide a home to an all-black cat during the Halloween season.
Sylvia is very talkative and affectionate. One of her meows sounds just like she’s saying, “Mom!” She’s still very active for a senior cat and enjoys spending supervised time outside.
We hope to enjoy many more senior years with Sylvia and like to think she’s in the running for “Oldest Cat” in the Guinness Book of World Records.

Brecksville
